Ok, here some serious info about ordering, shipping, returns and other policies.   So read carefully. This information is subject to change at any time.  I ship to U.S. customers only.   If I know you personally, then I will ship to you outside the U.S.    I also do not send out free samples to anyone.  I accept wholesale orders. Please call or email me your tax id, address, and what you would like to order. I'll get back to you with prices as quickly as possible. I do accept personal checks.  But please do not send it until I send you the final total.  You order will be shipped when the check clears the bank.  I'll send you an email to let you know when it will be shipped.  If I don't receive you payment within 10 business days, your order will be canceled.  All returned checks will be charged an NSF fee.   What the bank charges me, that is what I charge you.   Make checks or money orders payable to Robin's Soap Nest.                                                               Robin's Soap Nest                                13012 Oak Terrace #905                                 San Antonio, Texas  78233 If you pay with a credit card or PayPal, I use PayPal for my shopping cart.  I will send you the money request with the final total.  Then send the payment.   I will ship your order after I receive the transfer notice.  Shipping Soaps are usually in stock.   But if I am out of the soap you ordered, I will contact you about replacing or canceling that soap and refunding the price.  Returns Due to the nature of soaps, I cannot accept returns or exchanges.   Some scents are very strong and some are sweet and light.  If your not sure about a certain scent, order the sample sizes of different ones.  Products damaged  during shipment - please contact me by phone or email.  The damaged product must be returned along with a description of the damages.  Once I verify the problem, you will receive a replacement of the original or get store credit.  Your return shipping charge will be credited back to you.  I reserve the right to refuse any return.  I also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.  I value your business but we all need to play fair.  Right?
